About the event

Our goal is to create a safe space for black women to discuss the unique challenges they face in medicine and to provide tools and resources to help them succeed.
Topics will include overcoming bias and discrimination, mentorship and sponsorship, and career advancement. Attendees will leave with a renewed sense of purpose and the knowledge and skills to make a difference in their communities and network with admission committes of Florida universities graduate and medical schools
